Hi! I have been working on creating content for my new blog. A little about me; my name is Cierra. I am 31 years old. I received my personal training certificate in summer of 2020. I moved to Denton, Tx last year. There I worked as a paraprofessional in a class for autistic elementary students. School is out for summer break and I will use this extra time to create content and grow my blog. In this post, I have uploaded a hand out I had made to educate (3) simple ways to ease symptoms of depression and anxiety and I will introduce you to the activity pyramid which you can also find in the Benefits of Cardio page in this blog.

The activity pyramid is designed to encourage individuals to be more active and avoid a sedentary lifestyle. Plan each day of the week for certain activities you want to do. You can print this activity pyramid out and stick it to your refrigerator as a reminder to keep moving.
